CAN I START MY JOURNEY ON ANY DATE I WANT?Yes, and any day of the week – as long as it’s at least two months from the time of booking. CAN I ADD AS MANY DAYS TO MY JOURNEY AS I WANT?Yes ARE TRANSFERS BETWEEN TRAIN STATIONS AND HOTELS ALWAYS INCLUDED?Yes, unless your hotel is within walking distance. HOW LONG ARE THE TRAIN JOURNEYS?Comfortably short, and never more than four hours, except for Vienna-Venice which is a little longer. But we think it’s worth it! WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY EXACT TRAIN DEPARTURE TIMES?Around 6 weeks before your starting date you will receive your complete itinerary, including any vouchers. We call this your Travel Book. WHERE DO I FIND MY SAVED AND BOOKED JOURNEYS?When logged-in, click on My Saved Journeys in the upper right corner. HOW DO I PURCHASE A SAVED JOURNEY?Pull up your list of saved journeys, then click the Book/Edit button. This will take you through the payment process.
